Q. What do I need to bring to BOOT CAMP?
A. Every class bring a towel and or a mat to use for stretching.
You'll need to bring a pair of dumbbells ... usually a set of 5 pounders or 5
pound ball for women and a set of 10 pounders or 10 pound ball for men ... to
start with. A good pair of running shoes is a must, even if you're a walker and
not a runner. And you should ALWAYS bring a positive "CAN DO!" attitude!
Q. What's in it for me? What can BOOT CAMP do for me?
A. Tried and Tested and workouts "we know it WORKS! The
Results are Phenomenal. The program is patterned after the workouts of the
Marine Corps Boot Camp. Weight / fat loss, muscle strength and tone, strong heart
and lungs, increased endurance and stamina are but a few of the physical benefits
you'll get from RUFF N TUFF BOOT CAMP. Add to that an increase
in self confidence, youthful appearance, well being, positive attitude, and
increased energy.
Q. What must I do to see results?
A. If you give 110%, at least 80% attendance to our workouts

What is your fitness background?
A. I have been an athlete all my life. In addition to USMC FITNESS,
I have 20 years experience and a black belt in Jeet Kune Do. Certified
personal trainer and worked as fitness director at New York Sports Clubs, Equinox,
Bally's Total Fitness, La Fitness and I own a private gym.
Q. How often is Bootcamp offered?
A. BOOT CAMP is offered Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday rain
or shine!
Q. Can I join at any time?
A. Yes, you don't have to wait until the beginning of a new month
to begin. The first month fee will be adjusted so that you can get started
immediately!
Q. Sgt. Lex, how long will I hate you?
A. You may hate me the first couple of weeks but its "Tuff
Love" and you will thank me. The workouts are challenging and you'll be
sore for a few days. This is good and normal. Just stay at it and don't quit!!!
Q. How much does it cost?
A. Classes are only $18.00 per session but discounts are given when you do
more than one day. also to to groups of 2 or more people. Please refer to
our "Services" section for exact price breakdowns.
Q. How long do sessions last?
A. Our sessions are 1 hour in duration.
Q. What is a typical workout like?
A. Our workouts are done with a traditional tried and true method: push-ups,
sit-ups and a lot of sweat. We also run mini obstacles courses, agility drills,
and much more. Each class is a little bit different than the last, so there
won't be problems with boredom or the same old stale routines.
Q. Do I need to be in shape to join?
A. No, not at all! In our Boot Camp program we have all fitness levels. We
just want you to give 110% and do your best.
Q. Do you exercise in the rain?
A. Yes we do! Unless there is a severe weather problem you will be informed
of make-up sessions.
Q. Do you yell at your recruits?
A. We use a lot of words of encouragement, to push you towards your goals.
Q. What kind of results can I expect from the Boot
Camp Program?
A. Reduction in body fat, Decrease in the mid-section, improve your endurance,
increase strength and gain confidence

Family Boot Camp is a great opportunity
